All online payments including food service deposits are charged a bank service fee of $1.50. 


Shoreline School District is committed to providing a learning community that engages all students regardless of financial barriers.  If you need financial assistance to access any K-12 district programs, please contact your school's family advocate (elementary) or your student's counselor (secondary).



IF YOU ARE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN of a Shoreline School District Student:
Your Skyward Family Access username is the first 5 characters of your Last Name plus first 3 characters of your First Name in uppercase plus a unique 3 digit number (Example: John Smith would be SMITHJOH000. If your Last Name is shorter than 5 characters add spaces between Last and First name MICHAEL CHO would be CHO  MIC000 with two spaces between O and M).

If you have forgotten your password, please CLICK HERE and a password reset message will be sent to your email address on file. Check your junk mail or spam folder for the password reset email.

Returning Users:

     Username:  Your Skyward Family Access username (Not your student's name)
Password:  Password created during first visit

Once you have logged in, select the your student's name and then click on the item(s) to be purchased. If you are buying for additional students in your family, select “YOUR FAMILY” in the upper left corner of the screen.

FOR ALL PURCHASES, except donations, there will be a $1.50 Bank Fee.  To avoid multiple bank fees use the “Your Family” option at the upper left corner of the screen and selecting your other student's name and add items to the shopping cart.  You will only be charged the $1.50 fee once for all items in the cart.


SCHOOL DISTRICT STAFF MEMBERS who have students in the district; Log in with your Skyward log-in. However, your password will be your Last name. If this doesn’t work, use the instructions above or contact us.
